Refund policy
You can return eligible item(s) for store credit within 15 days of delivery date.
To be eligible for return, your item(s) need to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.
To return your product by mail, please follow these steps:

Send us an email to shoptrendlabclothing@gmail.com, indicating order number, the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange.

Please ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

You will receive an email once return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for store credit to be issued.

Products marked as “sale” may not be returned or exchanged. (This includes promotional sales)

Special orders may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Gift cards may not be returned or exchanged.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include accessories like jewelry, socks, bows, underwear, swimwear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.

TrendLab is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once accepted by the mail carrier, we have no control or liability over delivery delays.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
